Our Services

Prague Residences offers fully serviced holiday apartments in the centre of Prague. We currently operate 11 residences with a total of 149 apartments. All apartments have modern furnishing and are uniquely designed by our own team of designer.  We have over 10 years of experience on the hospitality market. Absolute guest satisfaction along with providing unique experiences and exceptional services are our top priorities.

What is a fully serviced apartment?

A fully serviced vacation apartment is the perfect choice for anyone looking for the services and comfort of a hotel with some extra space and flexibility. All apartments have fully fitted kitchens or kitchenettes, high-speed wi-fi and other traveller necessities like hotel toiletries and bed linens.


What can I expect in each apartment?

  • Fully equipped kitchen with oven anr /or microwave, cooking equipment, crockery and utensils, toaster, coffee maker
  • Towels, bed linens and luxury hotel toiletries for each guest.

Is there internet access?

Yes. All residences have free high-speed Wi-Fi service available. You can connect with as many devices you like.


Is there a safe in the apartment?

Yes. There is a safe available in all apartments to safely deposit any of your belongings before you leave your apartment for your daily trips.


Is there a washing machine or laundry service?

Some apartments offer a washing machine. Please see the room description for additional details or send a us a request for an apartment with a washing machine.

If needed, we can arrange a laundry service during your stay with next day delivery. Please contact us for prices and additional details.


Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is not permitted at any of our apartments/buildings. A 100 EUR/night is applicable if any of the guests breaks the no smoking rule.


Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed at any of our apartments/buildings.

*We do welcome guide or assistance dogs to stay with the guest in the apartment.

Your Booking


How do I pay for my booking?

All payments are done upon arrival. We accept cash (CZK/EUR) and all major credit cards (We do not accept AMEX). To confirm your booking, you need to complete your online reservation with a valid credit card. A pre-authorisation of the credit card will be done for the amount of the 1st night of your booking.

Non-refundable bookings - Advance payments for bookings that are marked as non-refundable are charged right after confirming your reservation. These payment can’t be refunded in case of booking cancellation.

*We do not accept American Express credit cards.


What is a payment pre-authorisation and why is it done?

A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of funds equal to the 1 night rate. This is to confirm that your credit card is valid and it is necessary to complete the booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account.


How do I know my online reservation is confirmed?

Once your online reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with reservation details and instructions for check-in and arrival.


When will the pre-authorisation be unblock hold funds?

All funds on hold due to a pre-authorisation are unblocked within 3 weeks.


What are the payment options upon arrival?

We accept cash (CZK/EUR) and all major credit cards.


What are the cancellation conditions?

FREE cancellation up to 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

NO PREPAYMENT on day of booking, pay at the property upon arrival.

Is parking available?

Yes. We can arrange private parking for 25 EUR/night. The parking space cannot be guaranteed and advance reservation is needed so please contact us by email or on the live chat to reserve your parking ahead of your check-in date.


How much is the parking?

Parking at all locations is for 25 EUR/Night.


Is there a reception?

Yes, central reception is located in Řetězová 3, Prague 1.

Additional Extra Services


How much does an extra bed cost?

Extra bed is only available for some apartments. Please contact us for additional sleeping arrangements. The price for an extra bed is 20 EUR / night.


Is there a baby cot or highchair available?

Yes. Baby cots and highchairs are available in all apartments free of charge. Please request to place them in your apartment ahead of your check-in date.

Can I book a transfer from the airport or train/bus station?

Yes. We can organise one of our English speaking drivers to pick you up at your arrival destination in Prague. For bookings please contact us with your flight/train/bus number and arrival time on

Transfer prices:

From Vaclav Havel Airport - up to 4 pax 27 EUR  or up to 8 pax 50 EUR

From Main Train Station,Bus Station - up to 4 pax 15 EUR  or up to 8 pax 30 EUR


How can I check-in?

Checkin in into your apartment is very easy (either at reception or key collection at reception). You will get detailed check-in information in your reservation confirmation email.

Check Ins are available from 15:00, if you would like to check in sooner, please contact us via email, phone or chat.


How do I check-out?

For check-out, please return the apartment keys to the reception desk. Although final cleaning is included in the price, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a good condition. Please leave all windows closed and all electrical appliances switched off.


Can I have early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out is possible, but subject to availability. Please contact us via email, phone or chat for details.


Where can I buy tickets for public transport?

One ticket is valid for all public transport within Prague. These include the underground (lines A - Green, B - Yellow, C - Red), trams, buses and even some boat transfers and inner city train lines. You can buy tickets in the underground station or in tobacco shops. Some tram stops have yellow vending machines where you can buy the tickets.


How much does Public transport in Prague cost?

30 minutes ticket – 24 CZK
90 minutes ticket – 32 CZK
24 hour ticket – 110 CZK
72 hour ticket – 310 CZK
