Our Services

Adrez offers fully serviced apartments in the center of Prague as well as hotel rooms all of them at the best possible adrez. We currently operate 17 residences with a total of 331 apartments and 2 hotels with 48 rooms. All apartments have modern furnishing, and most are uniquely designed by our own team of designers. We have been serving guests since 2008 on the hospitality market in Prague. Absolute guest satisfaction along with providing unique experiences and exceptional services are our top priorities. The Apartments

What does a fully serviced apartment mean?show

Choosing a fully serviced apartment means you get all the comfort and freedom of home, coupled with around-the-clock support via email and phone for any additional services you might need, such as cleaning or technical assistance. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, designed to offer you a cozy and inviting space. You'll enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and all the essentials a traveler might need, like toiletries, fresh bed linens and towels to ensure you have a comfortable stay. 

What can I expect in each apartment?show

Your Apartment Essentials:

  • A fully equipped kitchen with an oven and/or microwave, plus all the cooking gear, crockery, and utensils you'll need 
  • Fresh towels & bed linens, and hotel-grade toiletries 
  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for staying connected 

*Certain apartments come with dishwashers or washing machines and most with irons and ironing boards. And for any special requests, like an iron and ironing board, if not present, just give us a heads-up. You can find full details in the room specifications or reach out to us when making your reservation. 

Will I have internet access?show

Absolutely! Each of our residences offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. Feel free to connect as many devices as you need!

Is there a washing machine or laundry service?show

Certain apartments come with a washing machine. Check the room description for details or drop us a message to request an apartment with a washing machine. We will be happy to recommend local laundromats (self-laundry service) or locations of nearby dry cleaners. Just let us know!

Is smoking allowed?show

We want to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, so smoking isn't permitted in any of our apartments or buildings. If you need a smoke, we kindly ask you to step outside. Please note, there's a 100 EUR fee for guests found smoking indoors. 

Are pets allowed? Can I bring my furry friend along?show

We're sorry, but our apartments/buildings aren't pet-friendly. However, we do warmly welcome guide or assistance dogs to join our guests in the apartment.

Your Booking

How do I pay for my booking?show

When making your reservation you provided a card for payment, unless you booked through a third party with a different payment set up. Take a peek at your reservation confirmation for the payment details, which should align with what you selected when reserving your rooms.  

Unless you booked through a third party with different payment conditions, you'll receive a secure payment link on the last day of your cancellation period. This link will let you complete your payment and lock in your reservation.

Payments for non-refundable bookings are processed immediately after confirming your reservation. Just a heads-up, these payments can't be refunded in case of cancellation.

Please note: We don't accept American Express credit cards.

Understanding Payment Pre-Authorization:show

Think of a pre-authorization as a friendly handshake with your funds! We'll do a temporary hold of just 50 CZK (cca $2) on your credit card. This quick step helps us ensure your card is valid and ready to complete the booking. Rest assured, it's not a charge, and no funds will be deducted from your account though they will be reserved and when we make the final charge, this 50 CZK is used for your booking.

How do I know my online reservation is confirmed?show

Once you've completed your online reservation, watch out for a confirmation email. It'll have all the details you need for a smooth online “check-in”, that you can complete in the comfort of your home. 

Release of funds reserved by Pre-Authorizationshow

Any funds on hold due to a pre-authorization and not used for payment will be unblocked within 3 weeks.

Cancellation Policyshow

Find your cancellation policy in your booking confirmation. Payment is processed once free cancellation is no longer an option. If you are not sure about your cancelation conditions get in touch.

The Apartment buildings

Need a Parking Spot? show

Absolutely! We can set up private parking for you at 25 EUR/night. Although we can't guarantee a space as we have a limited number of spaces, reserving in advance is super easy. Just drop us a message via email or your booking app before your check-in date.

Parking options are either at the residence or in an underground garage, within walking distance to the apartment (cca 10 min).

Is there a reception?show

If necessary, you can drop by our Central Reception at Jilska 9, Prague 1, just a hop from Staromestska square and the iconic astronomical clock. Our welcoming team is here to greet you in person if you fancy. But hey, if you're all about convenience, everything's just a click, call, or email away!

Additional Services

How much does an extra bed cost?show

Thinking of adding an extra bed? Just give us a shout, and we'll help arrange it for you. The cost for an extra bed is 20 EUR per night. Sweet dreams!

Is there a baby cot or highchair available?show

Traveling with little ones? No worries! We've got baby cots and highchairs available for all our apartments, and they're on the house! Just let us know in advance, and we'll have everything set up for you before you arrive. Happy travels with your little bundle of joy!

Need a Lift from the Airport or Station?show

Absolutely! We're happy to arrange for an English-speaking driver to meet you at your arrival point in Prague. Just shoot us an email at booking@adrezliving.com with your flight/train/bus details and arrival time.

(Just as an example, a transfer rate from Vaclav Havel Airport – to the center up to 4 people: 850 CZK /35 EUR, and a minivan up to 8 people is 1250 CZK/ 50 EUR)

If you would like to get from the airport yourself: show

1. Getting from Prague Airport is a breeze with Uber now – the official cooperation between the airport and Uber started in Oct 2023. Step out, Uber taxis are in front of the exits, use your Uber app (or download it if you haven't already), and voilà! The fare's set and won't budge, just like in NYC, Paris, or San Francisco. Pay as you would pay for Uber anywhere in the world.  

2. Catch a ride on the public airport buses! They're not just a mode of transport; they're your ticket to an authentic local adventure. Zip to the metro, hop on a tram, or head straight to your destination (Adrez residence or hotel) – it's a safe and easy. 

Arrival, Check-in and Check out

How can I check-in?show

Before embarking on your Prague adventure, ensure you've completed our online registration process right from the comfort of your home. Our apartments have no Reception. Provide the necessary guest details as required by Czech law and complete payment (if applicable) and you are good to go! (similar to hotel check-ins where you’d have to present your documents).

Around 24 hours prior to your arrival, expect an email with the access codes to your apartment. You're all set to kick off your Prague experience from 3 pm onwards!

Need an early check-in? Just drop us a message or give us a call, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate you, provided the spaces are ready. 

How do I check-out?show

Your apartment's access code will expire at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. If you booked directly through our website, it'll expire at 12:00 pm. Please remember that door codes will no longer work after this time.

While final cleaning is already covered in your booking, we appreciate it if you could leave the apartment in good condition. Ensure all windows are closed, and all electrical appliances and lights are switched off. Thanks for your cooperation!

Can I arrange for early check-in or late check-out?show

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Just drop us a line via email or call us and we'll provide you with all the details. Keep in mind that since the apartments require more cleaning than a simple hotel room, we need a bit more time. In some cases, there might be a small additional fee, but we'll be sure to let you know in advance!
